Shipping & Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. We strongly recommend you review our product range and measure your surface to ensure you have selected the appropriate decal size to fit your space prior to purchase.

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact us via sales@happihome.com.au for the delivery address. Shipping costs for returned items by change of mind are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Because every decal is made to order, we do not accept returns on items that have been damaged whilst applying to a wall or surface incorrectly.  When applying our decals, we highly recommend reading the Application Guide in full before installation.

We do not accept returns on Custom Designs as these items have been made and ordered specifically for you by you.

Returning Damaged / Defective Items

In cases of a manufacturing defect, the return process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem).

In many cases, action (in the form of replacement or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

All manufacturing defects are required to be returned to Happi Home Designs & Gifts for inspection with a completed “Authorised Customer Return Form” and a “Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number”.  Only complete products can be returned. Incomplete products will not be accepted.

How to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)?

Contact Customer Support through the online "Contact Us" form to request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

Select "Return Authorization Request" as the topic for your contact.

Once the topic is selected, you will be asked to define the product that you are requesting authorization for.

Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in the allocated area and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color) or a refund.

Use the "Select Files" field to provide digital images of damaged or defective products.

What the Return Process Usually Entails

  1. Once your request has been received, a representative from Happi Home Designs & Gifts will contact you and supply you with an RMA and Customer Authorised Return Form.
  2. Print and complete the“Authorised Customer Return Form”
  3. Include the paperwork in your returning package along with your returning items.
  4. Write the RMA number conspicuously on the outside of the package to ensure proper routing upon receipt.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided on the Happi Home Designs & Gifts “Authorised Customer Return Form”
    You will be notified when your return is received at our facilities with an indication as to what will follow.

If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 14-21 business days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).

If you have requested an exchange in a different size or style, an email will be sent letting you know once the reprint has been initiated and has be posted to you. 

Who covers the return shipping cost for defective items?

Happi Home Designs & Gifts will arrange returns in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Happi Home Designs & Gifts representative to be defective. In these cases, the customer should contact Happi Home Designs & Gifts customer support via email sales@happihome.com.au before placing a package back in transit.

Under no circumstance does Happi Home Designs & Gifts reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Happi Home Designs & Gifts support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Happi Home Designs & Gifts.
